A SOMERSET estate agent scooped the title of best estate agent for sales at a prestigious ceremony hosted by TV property star, Phil Spencer.
House Fox estate agents was named Somerset's winner in the sales category, as well as being the runner-up in the South West sales agent category.
The awards were announced at the ESTAs - the Oscars of the property industry - on October 22.
Partner at House Fox, James Cole, said the firm was delighted, particulary as the awards are voted for by customers.
“This is great achievement by the House Fox Team, and to win best agent in Somerset, and to be runner up in the best agent in the South West, shows that House Fox want to provide the best service at an amazing fixed fee,” Mr Cole said.
