PEOPLE in Somerset are being asked if they can help police identify this man.
Avon and Somerset Police are publicising a nationwide appeal for any information about him.
Safeguarding officers in Leeds have recovered the image from unspecified online activity.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Leeds safeguarding officers are urgently appealing for information to identify this man whose image has been recovered from online activity.
"He could be based anywhere in the UK."
Any information should be shared with West Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting crime reference number 13230317164.
