THE mayor of Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge led the annual Remembrance Parade through the town on Sunday, November 11.
Joining her were members of Burnham Concert Band, local school pupils, emergency services staff, and community groups.
Veterans, current armed forces members, and local cadets marched through the town in formation to commemorate our fallen soldiers.
The procession began at 10:20am on Sunday morning, following a route from the High Street to the War Memorial Hospital for a service and two minutes silence.
Dignitaries and groups involved in the procession took turns laying wreaths outside the war memorial to pay respect to the local war dead.
Pupils from the King Alfred School Academy read out the names of all the fallen soldiers from Burnham-on-Sea across WWI and WWII.
