AN AWARD-WINNING restaurant in Highbridge is welcoming its customers after refurbishment works.
Staff at the Mint Bay restaurant on Church Street said they recently had a “major refurbishment” and changed the whole floor.
The restaurant was also given a five-star hygiene rating at the end of last month.
In November last year, Mint Bay won the Euro Asia Curry Award 2023 for the Best Indian Restaurant category.
A message from the staff back then read: “We are extremely proud of all the hard work that has gone into everything we do and we are very excited for the future here at Mint Bay.
“A huge thank you to all of our customers who nominated us for the award and a massive thank you for your custom.”
In 2022, Mint Bay also won the British Curry Life Award.
