BURNHAM Scouts’ Christmas raffle raised £500 for the Shelterbox appeal, which delivers tents and other essential equipment to crisis-hit areas across the world.
Over the past few weeks, Scouts have sold tickets to family members and friends.
The raffle’s top prizes were £100 in cash and meals in local restaurants.
The draw was made by Clive Morris from Shelterbox at a Christmas party for Burnham Beavers, who have also been supporting Shelterbox since 2009.
