EDF poll: Hinkley C investment 'positive'
EDF Energy says most people surveyed in a new poll think its £100million investment as part of its plans for Hinkley Point C will have a positive impact on the area.
According to the survey, 75% believe the cash will have an impact, with 53% saying it will have a big impact.
The same survey suggests nearly two-thirds consider EDF's investment offer to be about right and 17% say it is not enough.
