Tribute Western Counties West
Paignton 10, Burnham-on-Sea 67
TIM Piper racked up 32 points in Burnham's 67-10 demolition of Paignton on Saturday.
Centre Piper bagged a hat-trick of tries and added seven conversions and a penalty as Burnham kept the pressure on league leaders Ivybridge.
Tries from Chaffey (2), Hocking, Love, Mckechen, House and Bebbit completed the scoring for Burnham, whose power, skill and speed was too much for Paignton.
It was one-way traffic throughout as the visitors scored some superb team tries, with Piper leading the way with three well-worked tries.
Jake Bebbit marked his debut with a try, while Grahan Buller also appeared for an eight-minute cameo performance.
Burnham host Kingsbridge this Saturday (November 30) in front of their old boys, who will be holding their annual reunion lunch at 1pm, followed by kick-off at 2.30pm.
