SOMERSET have named their 14-man squad for the Vitality Blast Finals Day at Edgbaston on Saturday.

Two wicketkeepers, Tom Banton and Steve Davies, are included, as are both Overton twins.

Somerset have benefited from consistency in selection in this year's tournament and are expected to stick with the settled side which got them to finals day.

That would mean sticking with Davies at the top of the order alongside Johann Myburgh, who is playing his final day of professional cricket ahead of his retirement at the end of the season.

Sussex are without Rashid Khan, the world's number one ranked spinner, but have a deadly pace attack consisting of Jofra Archer, Chris Jordan and Tymal Mills.

Somerset beat a Sussex side including Khan when the two sides met at Hove in the South Group earlier in the summer.

Somerset head coach Jason Kerr said: "I suppose it gives you a slight edge – the guys know they can beat Sussex – but it comes down to who executes their skills best on the day and who handles the occasion best.

"They are a strong side, but we won more games than them. On the day they will get a lot of the attention because of their bowling attack, but I quite like the fact we will be under the radar as it allows us to concentrate on what we need to do.

"With it being such a big occasion, I think it’s really important just to treat it as another game and keep as much as normal as possible.

"Some people won’t have experienced playing in front of 20,000 so we will look to keep it as similar to normal as possible.

"There have been times throughout the competition that people have stuck their hands up really well and there will be times on the day they are under pressure and they’ll have to respond."

Somerset squad for finals day: Tom Abell, Corey Anderson, Tom Banton, Josh Davey, Steve Davies, Lewis Gregory (c), James Hildreth, Johann Myburgh, Craig Overton, Jamie Overton, Jerome Taylor, Peter Trego, Roelof van der Merwe, Max Waller.
