PURITON's motorcycle ace TJ Toms has scored points in all three Rounds of the 2019 National Superstock 600 Championship so far.

He was determined to continue his fine form when he arrived at Brands Hatch at the weekend.

TJ scored his first ever podium finish at Brands last season so confidence was high as he set out on two practice sessions.

In final practice he improved his lap time by over a second to finish ninth quickest.

TJ said: "I am riding a brand new Kawasaki ZX-636 race bike this year, so we have no historic set-up data to refer to."

On a wet track, TJ started well but lost a few positions.

However, in the tricky conditions, two riders crashed but TJ managed to stay out of trouble and started to move back up the field.

TJ moved up to 9th position and crossed the finish line in sixth.

He said: "Conditions were very tricky but my bike was incredible and I am very happy with my result which has moved me up to eighth in the Championship."

TJ and the Team will be back in action at Knockhill in Scotland on June 30 and you can follow his and the Team's progress at tjtoms.com, on Twitter @TJSquidge or on Facebook with TJ Toms Racing.
