BURNHAM United were left kicking their heels over the Easter weekend and will hope to return to action tomorrow as they travel to Street Reserves in Division 1 West of the Somerset County League.
United’s scheduled trip to Minehead on Monday was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, with Burnham still looking for their first win of 2018 - though, admittedly, they have only played five matches in a weather-ravaged year so far.
Burnham United Reserves were also rained off on Monday in Division 2, with their home match against their Yatton & Cleeve United counterparts postponed.
Towmorrow, the Reserves travel to Winscombe Reserves.
Wedmore were involved in a goalfest in Division 1 of the Weston & District League last Saturday, losing 9-4 at Westend, and are without a game this weekend.
Wedmore Reserves travel to St George Easton in Gordano Reserves in the Davis Memorial Shield.
