Lympsham & Belvedere 135-4 beat Trull 133-5 by six wickets

Lympsham elected to field first, and Tom Ferns removed Trull opener A. Sapey (8) early on.
A. Blundell and A. Clark took Trull up to 47, before Ferns struck again to remove Blundell (20).
Clark reached 24 and G. Fitt 25no as Trull finished on 133-5 from their 20 overs, Chadwick taking 2-21 off four overs and Ferns 2-24 off four for Lympsham.
The reply made it to 30 before Jason Parsons went for 18.
Dave Luff, with a run-a-ball 44, and Jack Luff (25) took their side up to 94, before both fell to C. Lawton in quick succession.
The overs were starting to run out for Lympsham, but fifth-wicket pairing Sam McCrea (10no) and Chadwick (14no) took them to the finish line and the latter struck the winning boundary off the last ball to spark celebrations – Chadwick tossing his bat and running off in delight.

IT was a good weekend for the Luff family, as Somerset Women’s captain Sophie steered Western Storm to Super League finals day.
They scored 123-5 to beat Lancashire Thunder by five wickets in Bristol on Sunday, with Luff (24no) hitting the winning run.
The win sets up a semi-final clash against Surrey Stars at Hove on Friday, with the winner of that match facing Southern Vipers in the final later in the day.
Luff then hit 75 for Somerset Women on Sunday, as they beat Surrey to seal promotion to Division 1 for next season.
